These terms apply when you book a home stay or vehicle rental directly through mnmrentals.net with MnM Rentals ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Becky and Jake in Spanish Fork, Utah. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Vehicle rentals booked through the Site are paid online at the time of booking via Stripe, our payment processor, based on the nightly rate and delivery method shown at checkout. Home stays are priced after inquiry — we'll follow up with you personally to confirm pricing and availability before any stay payment is collected.
Our cancellation policy is shown to you before you complete a booking on the booking page. In short: home stays follow a moderate policy (full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund inside that window), and vehicle rentals follow a 24-hour policy (full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before your trip starts). Reach out to us directly for cancellation requests.
Important: Bookings made directly through this Site are separate from Turo and Airbnb, and are not covered by those platforms' protections (Turo's insurance/driver verification, or Airbnb's Host Guarantee). We maintain our own arrangements for direct bookings — contact us if you have questions about what's covered.
Each stay listing includes its own house rules (occupancy limits, pet policy, quiet hours, and similar) — these apply to your booking. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was provided, and may be charged for damage or missing items.
Information you provide when booking — including any driver's license or insurance documents — must be accurate and belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.
We aren't responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings that occur during your stay or rental, except where caused by our own negligence. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
